Shrimp and Wontons with Zucchini and Bulgogi Sauce

Ingredients

1/4 c. olive oil

40 shrimp, defrosted (30-50 per lb.)

Green onions, sliced, as many as you like

1 zucchini, quartered lengthwise and then sliced

24 wontons, frozen (Costco fully cooked mini wontons, chicken and cilantro)

1/2 c. Bulgogi sauce

In a large frying pan, pour oil and heat under medium temperature until the oil shimmers. Add zucchini and green onions and fry until tender. Add the shrimp, the wontons, and the Bulgogi sauce and heat through. That's it!
